The Raw Strength program is the perfect way to transform your performance and increase not only your raw strength but improve your overall fitness. With three intense strength sessions and a dedicated sprint session every week, this program will help you pack on muscle mass and develop explosive performance. This program can be seamlessly integrated into your existing workout routine, or be completed as a stand alone program.

This program is designed to push your limits, ignite your endurance, and help you overcome mental and physical barriers. With a perfect combination of bodyweight HIIT training, plyometrics, and a 5km run progression this program will challenge every aspect of your fitness - but the best part... Half Marathon

18 WEEK PROGRAM

 

A systematic training regimen that gradually builds your endurance, speed, and mental toughness so you can successfully complete your first half marathon!

 

Get ready to run - The program consists of 5 weekly runs: long runs, tempo runs, sprint training, hill training, and sport specific recovery.  Designed for both beginners and experienced runners, this program will get you to the finish line!
