My Obstacle Course Prep training is perfect for athletes looking to take on their first Spartan Race, or Tough Mudder - or push the threshold and seek that podium. Through a combination of metabolic conditioning, strength training, agility drills, and obstacle-specific practice, you will be ready to tackle any course that comes your way.
