Coming from a tactical team background + being a Spartan racer & Ambassador, I embrace the team mentality and train relentlessly to excel in every facet of life. This is what I bring to my training and try to help instill in my clients, a relentless pursuit to thrive in life!

At True North Tactical Fitness, our mission is to help our clients reach their fullest potential and see them thrive in life. Our approach to training involves both Physical & Mental development, working to establish long term lifestyle habits built to see our operators thrive. We aim to provide personalized, comprehensive programming, based off proven principals and foundations to help our clients reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves.
Founded in 2022 True North Tactical Fitness started as a community of team support, where First Responders could continue to reap the physical and mental benefits of fitness, during the chaos that was COVID.
Since its inception, it has now evolved into an academy of fitness and mindset for First Responders.
From Buddy Checks and team-talks , 1 on 1 training sessions, Online coaching, Breathwork and Mindset, and so much more - We strive to create an encouraging and supportive environment and promote a thriving community of like minded individuals. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible service out there!
THE FOUR PILLARS OF FUNCTIONAL FITNESS:
1. FITNESS: Improving our physical abilities: Strength, Speed, Agility, Mobility, Technical Skills, and Reactivity. Developing each individually and then brining the complete package together to Thrive in performance. Its about improving known deficiencies and pushing the threshold of our limits. Move without pain, and move to our full functional abilities.
2. NUTRITION: Much like our approach to fitness, nutrition is fundamental to our physical well-being. We must identify and address our nutritional deficiencies, and harmonizing our diet to enhance our performance. We work on optimizing our nutritional intake to create a complete package of performance that fuels our activities and recovery. It is our responsibility to understand our Macro & Micronutrient needs, and ensure we fuel our body for a lifetime of optimal performance.
3. MINDSET: Mindset plays a crucial role in our overall well-being. It's about recognizing and addressing mental obstacles, while fostering a resilient outlook that enables us to navigate life's challenges with strength and tenacity. Developing Mindfulness as a practice, as it's the cornerstone of our mental health that allows us to stay present and focused on the tasks at hand while controlling stress' effects on our body. Plus we must develop a relentless commitment to growth, as it fuels our quest to continually expand our potential.
4. BREATHWORK: Through conscious and intentional breathing, we can exert a new level of control over our very being. From improving our lung capacity, enhancing our focus, calming the mind, or pushing through pain and performance - Breath can control it all. Breathwork is our tool for self-regulation, stress reduction, and connecting with our inner self. Just as we relentlessly pursue growth in all other aspects of life, we must embrace the pursuit of a harmonious relationship with our breath, as it enables us to unlock the highest potential of our mind & body.
Over COVID we saw how important it was for individuals to have access to healthy outlets and facilities to train, so we built TNT HQ. Now it may just look like a garage gym, but our facility is fully outfitted + our athletes have access to a yoga studio, outdoor obstacles, local running trails, hills, lakes and so much more - giving our Personal Training - a more personalized vibe. No matter what your fitness goal, you will find the gear and coaching to get it done, here at TNT!
