In our discovery call, we’ll explore your training goals, and get you set up with a plan. This conversation is to make sure we're aligned with your goals for a seamless experience and guaranteed results. 

Fill out your history/training form: injuries, current training, schedule, etc. 

We dig into history, movement, abilities, &goals to build out a plan.

We will also get you set up on your training app + answer any questions. 

Your plan with workouts, videos, and scaling options delivered via app/option. Start your training!

We use the check-ins in your plan for accountability, education, and to tweak load/volume to ensure proper progression towards your goals. Email support for questions between calls.

Every 4 weeks we retune the plan based on how you’re moving, feeling, and performing.

From there, your training plan, check-ins, and adjustments are all handled through an easy-to-use app, so you always know exactly what to do and why. No guessing, no cookie-cutter programs — just real structure and results that last.

Hey — I’m Chris.

Its wild to think, but I went from couch bound to Ultramarathon runner.

I started out running my first 5K and kept on building — now I’ve completed marathons/ultramarathons, finished Spartan Trifecta World Championships, and am always working to feel and live my best life. 

I bring hands-on, practical experience plus a ton of formal training:

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Tactical Conditioning Specialist, Nutritionist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Former Spartan SGX Coach & Ambassador and Sleep, Stress/Recovery coach.

 

I focus on programming that’s simple to follow, designed specifically for you, and built to last.

FAQ

Q: What kind of equipment do I need?
A: That depends on your goals and what you have access to. Some clients train fully at home with minimal gear; others train in a gym. During your consult, we’ll go over what you’ve got and build your plan around it — no fancy equipment required.

Q: What if I’m new to training?
A: Perfect. Most people I work with are getting back into fitness or starting fresh. I’ll teach you the basics, help you build consistency, and make sure your plan fits your level. You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start — you just need to start.

Q: How do I pay and cancel?
A: Payment can be made via PayPal/Stripe/E-transfer. 

Coaching is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle — no hidden fees, no long-term contracts.


Because this is a personalized service (where I build your programming and dedicate time to your plan), I don’t offer refunds once a month’s plan has been delivered. If something unexpected comes up — like injury, illness, or life changes — just reach out. I’m always fair and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Q: How much contact will I have with you?
A: That depends on your coaching level. Basic coaching includes email support, Foundations coaching adds mid-program check-ins, and Elite coaching includes weekly calls. Every client gets the same personal attention when it comes to programming, feedback, and progress tracking.

Q: What kind of results can I expect?

A: That depends on your effort and consistency — but I can promise this: you’ll have a clear plan, full support, and coaching that adapts to you. Clients who follow the program see real, measurable progress in strength, endurance, and confidence — often faster than they expect.

Q: How long should I commit for?
A: Generally I recommend  2 to 3 months — most clients see meaningful change in 8-12 weeks.

Q: Can you work around injuries?
A: Yes — every plan includes scalable options, and built around your current capabilities. If you have specific restrictions we’ll plan around them.

Q: Do you offer Nutrition Coaching
A: Yes, however nutrition coaching is currently only available in the Elite Coaching Package.
