Come prepared to run, crawl, climb, & carry.
You will be tired
You will get dirty
You will probably hate me a little at the end 😈
This workout is built to take your conditioning to the extreme but you will leave a stronger warrior from it - just don't quit!
WHAT WILL YOU NEED:
Outdoor shoes (running or trail shoes)
Water + snack
Change of clothes (you will get dirty)
A will to work and put in the effort.
WHERE IS IT?
Arrive at TNT HQ 15min early and we will leave for the training from HQ.
Please park in the detached driveway first and then in the main driveway as parking fills.
You can leave all valuables and change of clothes at HQ and grab them when we return from the workout.
IS THERE A COST?
There is no cost for this pop up workout. This is about building the TNT community, so long as you come prepared to work, then you are putting in the payment we ask for this workout.
WHAT SKILL LEVEL IS REQUIRED?
Any fitness level can complete this workout. It is HARD, we won't sugar coat that. But that being said, this is a coach driven workout and everything is scalable to the same level of suck. If you are more fit, you will have a harder workout associated to our hill, if you arnt up to a certain fitness level - rest assured we will make sure the work you do is acheivable and within your limits while still making you push!
